Why do I get out of bed in the morning?
My primary purpose is to make life easier, to help people find ‘flow‘ a peak-performance state constantly at their best in life, sport and business. Often this may be helping them move from self-doubt to be in ‘flow.‘ Moving from a stressed state of no time and overwhelm, to high-productivity and a feeling of control. ‘Flow’ is when life, sport, and business become easy, due to empowered self-trust, living a more rewarding, high-productivity, passionate and successful life.
Why that Why?
Having grown up with massive self-doubt which was covered up with positive thinking, it was always sport that was the barometer. I often found in business that I could ‘fake it till you make it’ yet in sport I would see a notable drop in performance under pressure. As a result, I am driven to help others avoid those struggles, to achieve high-performance peak-productivity in leadership, sport and business, in order to feel good about who they are. Sharing the technology and techniques I have used for vastly higher productivity and huge growth in my inner game fitness and emotional fitness.
By using the Inner Game Plan tools, we define each client’s personal purpose and vision. Then the strategy and actions to fulfil this purpose and vision. This may be about connecting heads and hearts, to be more in balance, building passion, greater success, and ‘flow.‘
When this work is with a corporate or sports team, we use the Accountability Dashboard so that each person can collaborate and share their goals with the team in the cloud. Shared is the team version of their Inner Game Plan which we call the Outer Game Plan, containing the non-personal aspects of their goals which they are OK to share with the team. Helping build a shared focus with more supportive self-responsibility and teamwork. With all the goals shared, the last part is tracking the results in the Accountability Dashboard for natural self-accountability with all the team able to view the team results. Supported by the right technology tools to significantly enhance time management, collaboration and systemization, so that high-productivity team performance is the natural result.
Clients are supported via executive coaching, training in person or online, facilitation, or by using Robert as a mentor. Success and the desired outcomes vary greatly for each client, yet often the outcome is greater trust, both internal trust of self, and in leadership, by building a team culture of greater responsibility and trust. This is much more than emotional intelligence, it is emotional fitness, an internal knowing, a trust of self. This is part of aligning leaders and their teams, to build team chemistry and greater trust.

They are a major inspiration that has helped shape my work and my own personal purpose along my journey of self-understanding and expression. I have used his theory and extended it to goal setting and teams with a purpose, using the Accountability Framework.
